Mudslide in Pingtung County of Taiwan has injured at least 17 people, local medias reported. According to the Taiwan News, mudslide hit a train (Tze-Chiang Limited Express) near a tunnel in Pingtung County. Several other rockslides event have been recorded across Taiwan. Video below shows a car being hit by rockslide in Taiwan. A camera on second vehicle travelling behind the second car captured the dramatic moment in Keelung City. Flooding and landslide in Bududa, Uganda have claimed life of a four-year-old child and injured seventeen others, local medias reported. According to New Vision Uganda, injured people are having treatment at Bududa Hospital. River Manafwa burst its banks and caused flooding in the nearby areas. Bukigai- Nalwanza bridge has been swept away. Widespread hail damage has been reported. Bududa landslide in Uganda in 2010 had claimed lives of at least 100 people. Mudslides in Shaanxi province of China have claimed seven lives and injured four others, Xinhua News reported. Heavy rainfall triggered mudslides in Fuxian and Yanchang counties, flood control and drought relief headquarters said. Fuxian County mudslide claimed four and mudslide in Yanchang County claimed lives of others three, flood control and drought relief headquarters further added. Mudslides and flooding in Colorado shut down parts of a motorway for nearly three hours. Flooding and mudslides hit Waldo Canyon, Rainbow Falls and Cascade area. A Red Cross shelter was opened in Manitou Springs at Congregational Church, 103 Pawnee Ave. More than 100 people were evacuated from the mudslide area. There are no reports of injuries. Landslide near Motueka in the Tasman district of New Zealand has claimed life of an woman. Landslide site which is located in Marahau, about 19 km north of Motuek is believed to be about 100 metres long and 20 metres wide, New Zealand press reported. Tasman flooding has also caused traffic jams on West Bank Road in the Motueka Valley. Several slips and road closures have been reported. Tasman District Council has urged people to have their own sandbags. According to New Zealand police, a media briefing will be held at the Motueka Police Station at 7.15 pm today on the landslide near Kaiteriteri. Heavy rain has caused flooding and mudslide in Minera, Wrexham. According to BBC, 3ft (90cm) of mud was swept down a hillside road at Minera today morning. Firefighters rescued at least four people from their vehicle in Bedwell Road, Cross Lanes, Wrexham. There were 13 flood alerts in place across Wales today. North Wales Fire and Rescue crews got report of several flooding incidents in Carmarthenshire and Wrexham. Mudslide disaster cleanup has already started in Minera, Wrexham. Mudslide in Zojila along Srinagar-Kargil Road has claimed life of one person. The mudslide swept a Tata-Mobile vehicle carrying three people, Kashmir Observer mentions. Two person including a driver are having treatment in the hospital in critical condition. A Tata-Mobile carrying chicken from Srinagar to Kargil was hit by a mudslide and pushed into a gorge. Update Landslide occurred at a gravel mine in the Moshono area of Arusha Region of northern Tanzania. Huge landslide in Tanzania has claimed lives of thirteen people. Still four people are reported to be missing in landslide in Tanzania. A heavy downpour caused mudslides and flash flooding in Arusha, Tanzania. Tanzania emergency and disaster management team with soldiers from Tanzania's People's Defense Forces are searching the missing people. Following Malaysian newspaper, The Star, mudslide washed away at least three cars and has affected 250 residents in Taman Kledang Permai and Taman Arkid area.
