Code orange weather warning issued in 12 Bulgaria districts

A code orange weather warning has been issued in twelve Bulgaria districts because of the heavy downpours observed in the past 24 hours.

Weather warning is in active in Silistra, Dobrich, Shumen, Varna, Burgas, Yambol, Haskovo, Kardzhali, Smolyan, Plovdiv, Pazardzhik and Blagoevgrad district of Bulgaria, Sofia News Agency reported.

A code orange weather warning is in effect in rest of the country. Several districts are also at risk of snow and ice including Sofia and the surrounding area, Kyustendil, Vratsa, Lovech and Gabrovo, The Sofia Globe mentioned quoting meteorology institute.
