GREECE: Bad weather prompts emergency in Skopelos, Skiathos and South Pelion

April 8, 2020: Greece’s civil protection agency has declared a state of emergency for Skopelos, Skiathos, South Pelion and the Zagora-Mouresi Municipality following the recent bad weather.

Heavy rainfall flooded several houses and shops in Skopelos. Similarly, road damage and landslides have been reported in Zagora-Mouresi Municipality.

Mudslides have obstructed the the road linking Zagora and Horefto.
