Flooding in Morobe, Papua New Guinea causes damage

April 9, 2020: More than 200 households have been affected due to flooding in Morobe province of west coast of Papua New Guinea.

The Rumu river was overflowed. Also damages have been reported to several houses and public buildings across Gabnaron and Zifasing villages.

Heavy rainfall is forecast across Papua New Guinea on April 8-9, 2020.
