Landslide in west Colombia kills 5, leaves 30 missing

A landslide in west Colombia has claimed lives of five people and left 30 others missing on Thursday, June 9, 2016.

The landslide took place around 3:30PM on the road between Medellin and Quibdo, the capital of the Pacific Choco province, Colombia Reports mentioned.

The regional disaster manager confirmed with newspaper El Tiempo that as many as 30 people went missing at the time workers were removing rubble from a previous landslide.
