Flash floods in Kenya's Homa Bay have claimed lives of at least seven people including a seven month old baby.
Victims were swept by heavy flash floods as they attempted to cross the bridges in Gongo and Kotieno, HomaBay police commander John Omusanga confirmed the Xinhua News Agency.
