Light earthquake shakes Kosovo, Serbia today

M 4.0 light earthquake shakes Serbia today, Seismological Survey of Serbia reported.

According to the Seismological Survey of Serbia, the quake's epicenter lies in Peć (Pejë) city in western Kosovo. It was 6.2 miles deep.

The earthquake was followed by magnitude 2.6 earthquake about 15 minutes later with epicenter located 16 km W of Istok, Kosovo. No damage or injuries have been reported.

The 2010 Serbia earthquake had claimed lives of two people. Magnitude 5.3 earthquake in November was felt across the country. including the capital, Belgrade
