Flash flood in Kotli district of Jammu and Kashmir has claimed lives of three brothers, Greater Kashmir reported.
Four brothers were washed away by flash floods in a local stream. Three among them lost their lives while the fourth one was rescued and shifted to District Hospital Rajouri, Kashmir Observer mentioned.
