Rim Fire: State of emergency in San Francisco

A state of emergency has been declared in San Francisco due to a raging wildfire expected to threaten city's water and power services.

So called Rim Fire is only 5% contained and is burning on the slopes of the western Sierra Nevada mountains.

According to the Forest Service, around 4,500 structures are in danger.

More than 2 600 firefighters are struggling to control the week long wildfire which has affected parts of Yosemite National Park.
