Mudslide, flash flooding in Colorado Springs kills 1, injures 3

At least one person is dead and three are missing in mudslide and flash flooding in Manitou Springs, Colorado. According to the KUSA who has quoted the Manitou Springs Fire Department, a body was found in flash flooding debris along U.S. 24.

Mudslide, flash flooding have injured at least three people and stranded several cars in Colorado, Manitou Springs police said.

The mudslide also closed U.S. 24 between Cascade and Manitou Springs.

About 15 people are living at an evacuation shelter set up by the American Red Cross, Fox News reported.
