Bulgaria coal mine landslide claims 2

A landslide in a coal mine in Bulgaria has claimed lives of at least two people and left others two missing.

Bodies of miners were found buried in mud and rocks underneath 50 meters of land masses.

Fire trucks and ambulances have already reached the site, Sofia News Agency reported.

Coal mine landslide occurred at 9:45 a.m. local time in the Oranovo mine near Simitli town. It is located about 110 km south of Bulgaria's capital Sofia.

This is the fourth major landslide in the Oranovo mine in the past eight years.
