Moderate earthquake in Manila today

"I felt my table and my laptop moved forward backwards several times for about 4 seconds. I thought its just my normal dizziness then I realized everything around me were moving in forward backward direction. I am at the third floor of our house in Paranaque."

"I was smoking with my office mates in the penthouse of Universal Tower, QC and we just thought that there was a 10-wheeler truck passed by along Quezon Avenue."

Earthquake intensity:
Moderate (MMI V):  Baler and Aurora area.
Light (MMI IV): Palayan City, Cabiao, Santiago City and Isabela.
Weak (MMI II-III): Tarlac City, Cabanatuan City, Dagupan City, Makati, Cauayan City, Isabel, Quezon City, Manila City and Malolos City.

Looking magnitude and epicenter location, light to weak shaking is expected in Metro Manila, Dagupan, Angeles, Baguio, Dagupan, Manaoag, Muntinlupa and Abucay area. If you are one to feel this earthquake, kindly leave your comments below.

M 5.3 moderate earthquake shakes Manila, Philippines today, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake's epicenter was located 90 km ENE from Cabanatuan and 136 km ESE from Baguio. It was 23.7 miles deep.
