Flood situation in River Chenab today: High flood alert issued

July 29, 2022: Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has issued high flood alert for  Chenab river today.

According to the Provincial Disaster Management Authority, high flood in river Chenab is expected at Marala Headworks in Sialkot district, Khanki headworks in Gujranwala district and Qadirabad headworks in Mandi Bahauddin district.

Flooded Chenab river is flowing above danger mark at Akhnoor.
