M 5.1 earthquake rattles Mashhad, Iran (زلزله مشهد)

September 13, 2021: A moderate earthquake of magnitude 5.1 has been recorded in Mashhad, Iran today.

According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), the earthquake's epicenter was located 38 km ENE of Qūchān, Iran. The earthquake occurred at 10 km depth.
