India: Flash floods in Delhi kill four

July 21, 2020: Flash floods in Delhi have claimed lives of at least four people.

Safdarjung recorded 74.8 mm rainfall on Sunday, the highest 24-hour July downpour since 2015.

Many parts of the capital city registered almost 100 mm (3.9 inches) of rainfall.
