Landslide in Cibitoke, Burundi kills 38 By Disaster Report December 05, 2019 December 5, 2019: Landslide triggered by heavy rainfall has claimed lives of 38 people in Cibitoke province of northwestern Burundi. Out of total fatalities, 22 people died in Nyuempundu, 13 in Rukombe hill and three in Gikomero.
