Earthquake of magnitude 3.1 has been recorded at Nevado del Ruiz volcano in Colombia Sunday, the National Geological Service said.
The earthquake was more than three kilometers deep and occurred exactly in the crater Arenas, Prensa Latina News Agency reported.
The Observatory in Manizales has maintained the yellow (intermediate) alert in that area.
