Multiple earthquakes recorded in Myagdi, Nepal

Nepal Seismological Center has recorded at least six earthquakes around Muna village of Myagdi district of Nepal on May 25, 2015.

All recorded earthquakes had local magnitude less than 4. The first tremor was recorded at 08:44 am with local magnitude of 3.6. The last earthquake shook the region at 02:59 pm Monday afternoon.

The recorded magnitudes are very less to cause any major damages in the region.

A day earlier, landslide at Ramche-9, Kafaldada in Myagdi district of Nepal had blocked the Kaligandaki river.

At least three aftershocks with magnitude greater than four were recorded in Nepal on May 25, 2015.
