Magnitude 4.8 earthquake hits Humla, Nepal

Magnitude 4.8 earthquake hit Humla, Nepal on May 22 at 7:07 pm local time, the Nepal Seismological Center reported.

The epicenter was located west of Limi bordered with China. It is remote mountainous area.

Limi is a valley in Humla district in the Karnali zone of Nepal. No damage or injuries have been reported.

Nepal has been already experiencing hundreds of aftershocks from magnitude 7.9 Gorkha earthquake. Yesterday, at least five aftershocks rattled Nepal.
