Death toll from Awaran earthquake has risen to 150.
The new island off the coast of Gwadar, in the Arabian sea, and is estimated to be about 30m long and around 10m high.

M 7.7 massive earthquake in Pakistan today has claimed lives of at least 50 people, the local medias reported.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake's epicenter was located 66 km (41mi) NNE of Awaran. It was 12.4 miles deep.
Around 30% of houses have been possibly destroyed in the worst parts of Awaran district. Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch has declared emergency in Awaran district.
The Awaran earthquake was centered in a mountainous and sparsely populated area of Balochistan.
Following Pakistan based Geo TV, an island has emerged at a distance of 350 feet in the sea from the Gwadar coast.
The army has deployed 200 troops to help deal with the disaster.
Tremors were felt in parts of India, Iran, Afghanistan, United Arab Emirates (Dubai) and Oman too.
Earthquake in Pakistan today occurred as the result of oblique-strike-slip type motion at shallow crustal depths. In the past 40 years, only one significant event (M6.1, killed 6) has occurred within 200 km of the September 2013 event, in July of 1990, USGS reported.
