Federal Emergency Management Agency: Federal aid accepted for the Falls Fire in Riverside County

A request submitted by the state of California for federal aid regarding the Falls Fire in Riverside County has been approved, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) said.

Currents FEMA Funding means that 75 percent of firefighting costs are eligible for reimbursement through FEMA.

The state of California had submitted a request for a fire management assistance declaration for the Falls Fire two days ago.
