Heavy rain causes landslide in Sydney

Heavy rainfall has uprooted tress and caused landslide in Sydney, Australia.

Landslide hit platform 4 at Harris Park Station near Parramatta, Television New Zealand reported in online edition.

Flood water also washed away road section near the Kensington gates.

Around 316 millimetres of rain has been recorded in Sydney this year.

However no injury has been reported.
