Flash floods in Udhampur and Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir region of India have claimed life of at least one people.
Flood rescue operation was immediately launched by the police and army. At least eight people were rescued from Surankote Nallah area.
Kashmir flood claimed life of one people in May 2013 and closed Srinagar-Jammu highway.
