    -
    Tornado in China has killed three people and injured 52 others. Tornado occurred in Hunan Province.
    -Around 200,000 yuan has been allocated as the relief material for tornado victims.

  • Rainstorm in Walewale, Ghana
    -A heavy rainstorm in Walewale in Mamprusi district of Ghana has killed four and injured 41 others.
    -Injured people are having treatment at Walewale Government Hospital.
    -Storm displaced more than 600 people.

  • M 2.8 weak shallow earthquake in Greater Los Angeles Area, California (@ 15 km depth) with epicenter located just 2 km N from Vernon. It will have well felt by the people of Huntington Park, Maywood, East Los Angeles, Los Angeles Civic Center and Alhambra.

  • M 4.7 moderate shallow earthquake in Comoros region (@ 10 km depth) with epicenter located 111 km W of Mavingouni. People of Moroni, Fomboni and Mocimboa (Mozambique) will have felt weak shaking of MMI III.

  • M 4.6 moderate earthquake in Seram, Indonesia (@ 73 km depth) with epicenter located 55 km SE of Namlea. Weak shaking of MMI III will have felt by the people of Ambon and Amahai.
