Recent World Disasters 

• Deadly Cyclone "Giovanna" In Madagascar (Daily Update)
  -16 killed with 75-95% destruction reported In Brickaville and Vatomandry region of Madagascar
  -65 injured and 11,000 homeless-Some bridges and roads especially between the district of Toamasina and the Capital Antananarivo
  -Most government buildings have been completely destroyed
  -Following Météo France, a new low pressure system(depression) called "Hilwa", in the area has formed which is moving at 15km/h towards the Southwest Click to track Cyclone Giovanna in Madagascar

• M 3.7 very shallow earthquake strikes today in Greece (@ 2 km depth) with epicenter located 3 km E Póros. It will have well felt in Zákinthos and as far as Pátrai, Greece

  -250 Haitian refugees evacuated
  -Suspension of trains along the Ollantaytambo-Machu Picchu route due to heavy rainfall
