Landslide in Oromia region of Ethiopia kills 32

May 28, 2018: Landslide in Oromia region of Ethiopia claimed lives of at least 32 people.

Ethiopia's state-affiliated broadcaster, Fana Broadcasting Corporation reported that the landslide occurred due to heavy rainfall.

At least 23 people died in a landslide in the Sidama zone. Other nine people died in the Gamo Gofa zone.
