Devastating landslides in northern Rwanda have claimed lives of 20 people, the disaster management ministry said Sunday.
Landslides triggered by heavy rainfall buried houses in Gakenke district of Rwanda.
The disaster management authorities have blamed the El Nino weather phenomenon for the increase in natural disasters this year.
