Around 450 aftershocks of local magnitude 4 and greater have been recorded after Baisakh 2072 earthquake in Nepal. The aftershocks were mainly centered in Gorkha, Kathmandu valley, Ramechhap, Rasuwa, Dolakha and Sindhupalchowk.

- Nepal Seismological Center has recorded magnitude 4.2 light aftershock in Nuwakot at 02:16 am local time. The epicenter was located near Thulogaun. No preliminary damage or injuries have been reported.
India Meteorological Department has mentioned it as a slight intensity earthquake with magnitude 4.6. The earthquake occurred at a greater depth of 150 km. Based on depth and intensity, no major damages are expected around epicenter area.
