Heavy rain triggers flooding in Singapore; makes traffic impassable

Heavy rain triggered flooding in several areas of Singapore Saturday afternoon.

The Public Utilities Board (PUB) on its Twitter page mentioned that flash floods at Lorong Buangkok made traffic impassable.

The National Environment Agency (NEA) and the Public Utilities Board (PUB) had earlier issued the warning of high risks floods in many places including Tampines Road, Cactus Road, Seletar Road and central areas such as Exeter Road and Somerset Road.
