Magnitude 4.2 tremor rattled Dolakha at 08:37 pm Wednesday night, Nepal Seismological Center reported.
The epicenter was located near Thulopatal.
At least 394 aftershocks have rattled Nepal since April 25 earthquake.
No preliminary damage or injuries have been reported.
