Wildfire prompts emergency in Harmanli, Bulgaria

A state of emergency has been declared due to raging wildfire in Harmanli municipality of southern Bulgaria on Thursday.

Wildfire has affected Mladinovo, Dripchevo, Oryahovo and Izvorovo villages, Sofia News Agency reported.

More than a hundred people have been working to control the wildfire, including 35 servicemen with military equipment.
