10 killed as heat wave sweeps across Sindh, Pakistan

At least 10 people have died in Sehwan district of Sindh province of Pakistan due to the recent heat wave, Samaa reported.

They died during the 763rd Urs celebrations of Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar on Saturday.

Meanwhile, heat wave in India has already claimed lives of more than 2,000 people.

The highest daytime temperature in the world was recorded at Sweihan, Abu Dhabi on Wenesday. The temperature had climbed to 50.5C at 12pm local time.
