Magnitude 4.0 earthquake hit Udayapur at 02:44 am Sunday morning, the Nepal Seismological Center reported.
Meanwhile, Gorkha earthquake created four aftershocks today. Magnitude 4.2 earthquake shook Sindhupalchowk/Tibet border at 01:50 a.m. Again at 06:34 am, magnitude 4.4 earthquake rattled the same area. At 11:08 am, light earthquake with magnitude 4.0 shook Rasuwa. The latest 4.2 earthquake was recorded at 03:23 pm with epicenter in Kavre.
The death toll from the Gorkha earthquake has crossed 7,900. More than 160 aftershocks above four Richter scale have been recorded till now.
