Cyclone Lusi in Vanuatu leaves 3 dead, 6 missing

Cyclone Lusi in Vanuatu has claimed lives of at least three people and left six others missing.

Heavy rainfall from tropical cyclone Lusi caused landslide which left six missing, Vanuatu Disaster Management Office said.

An evacuation centre has been opened on Emae island.

Cyclone Lusi is predicted to make landfall in the northern part of New Zealand, including the biggest city Auckland, late Friday.
