Tornado hits Guangzhou, China

Below is a you tube video by Shanghaiist taken in Cencun Village, showing a tornado that formed during the typhoon Utor.



Severe flooding and mud flows caused by Typhoon Utor have claimed lives of at least 22 people in Guangdong Province and caused damages of some 4.9 billion yuan, Xinhua said.

The landslides triggered by Typhoon Utor has also affected the rail section in Guangdong province of the Guangzhou-Beijing railway.
