Italy earthquake today: M 4.9 quake shakess eastern coast

M 4.9 moderate earthquake shakes eastern coast of Italy today, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake's epicenter was located 10km E of Numana and 18 km E of Ancona. It was 9.7 miles deep.

Italy earthquake today was well felt by the people of  Sirolo, Numana, Villaggio Taunus, Porto Recanati, Loreto, Castelfidardo, Ancona, Osimo, Porto Potenza Picena, Civitanova Marche, Morrovalle, Macerata and Montegranaro.

According to the felt reports received by EMSC, tremor lasted for 10-20 seconds.

No damage or injury has been reported so far by Italy earthquake today.
