DuBois, Pennsylvania flood 2013: Emergency declared

Update 19:25 UTC
-Red Cross has set up two shelters in DuBois.
-Mudslide has been reported in Pottsville.
-A tornado watch also remains in effect for southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland.

Update 19:00 UTC
-Jefferson and Clearfield counties each declared disaster emergencies.
-According to the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, 20 to 30 homes in Clearfield County were rescued.

National Weather Service has declared a flash flood emergency in Central Pennsylvania.

Flood emergency has been declared from Troutville to DuBois and Treasure Lake. Water rescues and evacuation currently ongoing (at 18:00 UTC).

Floods have closed roads in Jefferson, Clearfield counties in PA.

According to an emergency management official, bridge on East Main St in Sykesville has collapsed.

NWS has said this an extremely hazardous situation and urged locals to move to higher ground.
