  • Flooding in Quezon city, Philippines
    -At least 300 families have been evacuated due to flooding in Quezon city of Philippines.
    -Floodwater also submerged more than 200 houses.
    Rescue teams are working in the Peacock Street area.
  • Thunderstorm in Queensland, Australia
    -Thunderstorm in south-east Queensland has injured one people.
    -Following Emergency Management Queensland (EMQ), the man got hurt at St Lucia  and having treatment at Princess Alexandra Hospital.

  • M 4.8 moderate earthquake in Tobago Region, Trinidad And Tobago (@ 46 km depth) with epicenter located 81 km NE of Roxborough. Light to weak shaking will have flt by the people of Scarborough, Sangre Grande, Grenville (Grenada) and Bridgetown (Barbados).

  • M 6.0 strong shallow earthquake in Vanuatu (@ 10 km depth) with epicenter located 162 km NW of Ceva-i-Ra (Fiji). It will have faintly felt in the coastal area.

  • M 4.5 moderate earthquake in Central Peru (@ 56 km depth) with epicenter located 59 km SSE of Ayacucho. People of Andahuaylas, Huanta and Puquio will have felt weak shaking of MMI III.

  • M 6.1 very strong but harmless sea quake East of the Kuril Islands (@ 10 km depth) with epicenter located 268 km (166 miles) ESE of Ozernovskiy, Russia. It will have faintly felt by the people of Vilyuchinsk, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy and Yelizovo.

Tornado hits Bombala, Australia

A tornado hit Bombala town of south-eastern New South Wales, Australia on Saturday afternoon, leaving considerable damage in its wake. The storm formed in the direction of the Bombala Golf Club was accompanied by very heavy rain and impressive thunder and lightning, Bombala Times has written.
