•  Magnitude 4.8 moderate earthquake (@64.6 km depth) in Panay, Philippines with epicenter 48 km (29 miles) WNW of Iloilo, Panay, Philippines. The depth is great and populated area is far to cause any damage.

• Magnitude 5.1 moderate earthquake (@ 73.6 km depth) in Golfo de Fonseca, Honduras with epicenter located 6 km NE La union (pop 26,80) and 43 km E San miguel (pop 161,880), Honduras. Well Felt in Francisco Morazan region. Depth is great to cause any damage by El Salvador earthquake.

• Magnitude 3.0 minor earthquake (@ 18 km depth) in Southern Italy with epicenter just below Monte sant'angelo (pop 13,692), Italy. It is 46 km NE Foggia (pop 154,551), Italy. It is faintly felt.

  San Giovanni Rotondo: Lasted about 4 seconds with waving motion.
• Magnitude 4.0 very shallow moderate earthquake (@ 2 km depth) in Western Iran ایران میں زلزلہ)with epicenter just below Masjed-e soleyman (pop 111,510), Iran. It is located 43 km SE Shushtar (pop 77,507), Iran. Strong shaking above epicenter.

• Magnitude 6.2 very strong earthquake (@42.3 km depth) in Hokkaido, Japan (日本では地震) with epicenter in Sea water located 59 km SE Shizunai (pop 22,436), Japan and 123 km S Obihiro (pop 173,890), Japan. About 5,000 people will experience a strong shaking of MMI VI. Strongest jolt will be felt in Shizunai region.

• Magnitude 5.0 earthquake in Java, Indonesia (@ 95 km depth) with epicenter located 131 km S Kebumen (pop 144,441), Indonesia. The epicenter is in sea water and will be faintly felt in wide area.
  MMI intensity, II-III for Bantul and Yogyakarta, which indicates weak shaking.

• Magnitude 4.5 moderate aftershocks in Eastern Turkey with epicenter located 32 km (19 miles) WNW of Van, Turkey. The epicenter is in Van Lake.It is aftershocks of Very deadly Turkey earthquake which killed 605+ people earlier.

 Recent Cyclones

• Kenneth 11 with active storm having current maximum sustained wind speed 23 m/s. It is far away from Land.
• Sean-11 with active storm having current maximum sustained wind speed 17 m/s. Green Alert for Bermuda.
  Disaster Note: Tropical storm Sean 11 has affected 66 thousand people with winds above 39mph.In addition, few people are living in coastal areas below 5m and can therefore be affected by storm surge.

Recent Snow Storm

• Heavy Snow is reported in Squamish, Canada. Official has issued severe weather warnings across the province from Victoria to Revelstoke of Canada. It first passed through Metro Vancouver causing heavy rain and wind.
  

Recent Floods

• Thailand Flood- Death Toll At 610

• Orange Flood Alert In Cambodia. The flood which started with Tropical Storm, Monsoonal Rain about three months has killed 264 people till date. Approximately 13466.62 km2 area has been affected by the flood. GDACS has given this flood a severity class 2.
• Flood in Columbia has killed 48 people and displaced 55 people within a week. People were evacuated from Manizales, Caldas region.
• Flood in Kenya has killed 4 people till today. The flood which started a week ago has affected 41010.11 km2 area.
• Flood in Philippines has displaced 30000 people. However no fatality is reported. Flood is still active in Boyugan East, Gawil, Poblacion and Sicade area.

Recent Landslides

• Landslide in Malaysia which is caused due to heavy monsoon. Now Malaysia is in High Alert for Landslides. Government is creating awareness about it by publishing notices teaching about different signs and symbols used during the disasters to be safe. Heavy damage is expected. However its too early to get any damage reports.

Recent Volcanoes 

• Volcanic Eruption On Hierro Canary Islands located in Spain. During 2-8 November, 364 seismic events were recorded at depths of 16-23 km. During 4-5 November authorities evacuated about 80 residents from areas in Frontera due to landslide risks. Hierro contains the greatest concentration of young vents in the Canary Islands. Some days earlier, the toxic gases get mixed in the air.Yesterday M 3.3 earthquake stuck  in the Canary island area.It seems that new vents are opening up off the south coast of El Hierro volcano. 
• Volcanic Eruption On Nyamuragira Democratic Republic of Congo. It is the Africa's most active volcano. Eruption still continues here in Nyamuragira.  video of eruption in Nyamuragira which shows it to be still active.However, The city of Goma, near the volcano, remains unaffected.The lava on Mount Nyamulagira in Congo spurted up to 300 meters high. Meanwhile Virunga Park, best known for its endangered mountain gorillas, is now inviting tourists to go on overnight treks to see a volcano spurting fountains of lava.
  UPDATE
  Lava flow have reached within 5 km of Kalengera-Tongo road. It is the area of Gorillas but they are far to be affected

Other Disasters
- Four people are reported to be killed by heavy flooding and mudslide in Sicily, Turkey caused after Torrential rainfall for several hours. The affected areas are Italy Sicily Messina, Saporana, Milazzo and Barcellona (Category under Natural Disasters in Sicily
