    -A person staying at one of the caravans at the Trimingham House Caravan Park has been evacuated after a huge section of cliff fell onto the north Norfolk beach.

Recent Flash Floods
  • Flood and landslide expected in western Washington
    -Heavy rainfall has increased the threat of flood and landslides in western Washington.
    -A Flood Watch remains for much of the Puget Sound region out to the coast. The heaviest rainfall is expected in the Olympics and Cascades.
    -According to the National Weather Service, nearly 1 inch of rain could fall in the lowlands through tonight.

Recent Tropical Cyclones
  • Tropical Cyclone Blake
    -Tropical Cyclone Blake has developed off the Western Australian coast.
    -Tropical Cyclone Blake is expected to move towards the southwest and may cross the coast near Wallal Downs, along Eighty Mile beach, late on Tuesday or early on Wednesday.
    -The cyclone could make landfall by Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning which will also bring some relief to the bushfire-affected regions

A: Yes, there is no doubt. Numbers of earthquakes are recorded in Nepal on daily basis but they are so small that they are not even felt by the people. If you are asking about an earthquake to occur on fix date and time, I would say it is impossible to predict such things. 
According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), "Stating that an earthquake is going to occur today is not really predicting earthquakes. To date, they cannot be predicted. But anyone, on any day, could make this statement and it would be true." 
Earthquake prediction may some day become a reality, but only after much more is learned about earthquakes. Meanwhile, you may have heard different rumors. Some turns to be co-incidentally correct. But not every time. Please don't run behind the rumors!

Flooding in Mauritius capital Port Louis: 11 killed

Recent flash flooding in Mauritius has claimed at least eleven lives. About 152 mm rainfall has been recorded in Port Louis within three hours.

-Water supply is currently disrupted in the Port Louis, the capital city of Mauritius.
-Still one person from Grand Gaube, northern Mauritius is reported to be missing.

One more body is reported to be found. If the report is true, death toll would be 12. However have to wait for the official message.
