The sinkhole expanded so rapidly at MV Beagle Campground, Inskip Point, that it took just minutes to swallow a car, caravan, luxury camping trailer and several tents - but no one was injured, Daily Mail Online reported.

According to Queensland Parks and Wildlife Services (QPWS), around 140 people have been evacuated from the Inskip Point campsite. The sinkhole is expected to increase with ocean current.
