• Tornado in Butler, Oklahoma
  -An EF-2 tornado touched down in Butler, Oklahoma.
  -Tornado which formed just east of Highway 59 injured one person.

Recent Earthquakes 

• M 3.4 light shallow earthquake in Northern Norway (@ 1 km depth) with epicenter located 37 km NW of Nesna. It will have well felt by the people of Mosjøen, Mo i Rana and Rana.

• M 2.5 weak shallow earthquake in Utah (@ 3 km depth) with epicenter located 3 km NNW from Santaquin. It will have well felt by the people of Genola, Santaquin, Spring Lake, Provo, Mona, Payson, Salem, Salina and Spanish Fork.

• M 7.2 huge deep earthquake in Kuril Islands (@ 122 km depth) with epicenter located 250 km ENE of Kuril'sk. USGS has estimated maximum shaking intensity of IV in Kuril'sk. No Tsunami warning issued.

  Tremor was felt as far as Hachinohe, Hitachi, Morioka, Sapporo, Sendai, Wakuya and Tokyo city of Japan.

• Flooding in Uppsala, Sweden
  -Dozens of houses are reported to be flooded in Uppsala, Sweden.
  -The Fyrisån river has risen by 20cm
