  -Torrential rains have killed four people in Kigali, Rwanda.
  -Floods also damaged roads and bridges in Kigali, the capital city of Rwanda.

• Landslide in Mati City, Philippines
  -Landslide in Mati City, southern Philippines has killed three people.

• M 5.1 moderate deep earthquake in Java, Indonesia (@ 138 km depth) with epicenter located below Nagrog. Light to weak shaking will have felt by the people of Palmerah, Ciranjang-hilir, Banjar and Soreang.

Ongoing Major River Floods (Based on Satellite observation): Afghanistan (Amu Darya), Australia (Darling), Bolivia (Madre de Dios), Brazil (Tocantins), Chad (N Djamena), China (Mekong and Huang He), Democratic Republic of the Congo (Ubangi), Dominican Republic, Honduras, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq (Shatt al Arab and Tigris), Kenya (Tana), Philippines, Sudan (Blue Nile, White Nile), Syria (Euphrates), Tanzania.

• Flooding in Kelantan, Malaysia
  -Flash floods have affected people in Kuala Krai, Pasir Puteh, Tanah Merah in Kelantan and Setiu in Terengganu.
  -All nine schools in Rantau Panjang will be closed tomorrow.
  -Floods in Malaysia are regular natural disasters in Malaysia which happen every year during the monsoon season.
• Flooding in Macedonia
  -Heavy rainfalls have flooded around 300 homes in Josifovo, Macedonia.
  -Floods in Macedonia have also destroyed two bridges.
  -Around 20,000 people in Sveti Nikole were without electricity.

• Thailand authorities in Trang province has issued a ban on people playing in six different waterfalls due to concern of flash floods. Kachong and Toneplew waterfalls (Na Yong), Sairung waterfalls (Yan Ta Khao), Toete, Tontok and Lamploke waterfalls (Palian) are on alert.
