  • Tornadoes in Colorado, USA
    -At least three people reported to be inured in tornadoes in Colorado.
    -Tornadoes in Prowers, Kiowa and Bent counties destroyed seven homes.
    Prowers County: Two injured in Prowers who were treated to nearby Prowers Medical Center. At least three houses reported to be destroyed completely. Power outage in the Lamar area.
    Kiowa County: Minor injury reported to one in Kiowa. Four homes destroyed.
    Bent County: Minor damages to houses. Power outage in in Hasty / McClave area.
    -On April 15, tornadoes in Oklahoma killed five people.
    -More than 1,200 tornadoes hit United States every year which has made it a more common natural disaster.

  1. the Bent County tornado did more than minor damage, I know it was my home that was one of the ones hit, 32x64 metal shop was damaged and half the roof flew off the house along with broken windows. playground structure flew 100 ft west and a fifth wheel camper was thrown across the property into a large tree.

Q: The tremors of earthquake were felt at intervals of 15 seconds. The first tremor was felt at 8:54:57 and last tremor was felt at 10:45:12. How many times were the tremors felt? A: The answer is 441 Difference of times = 10:45:12 - 8:54:57 = 9:104:72 - 8:54:57 = 1:50 :15 = 3600 + 3000 + 15 = 6615 seconds. Now, 6615/15 = 441 Still confused? Tornado hits Guangzhou, China

Below is a you tube video by Shanghaiist taken in Cencun Village, showing a tornado that formed during the typhoon Utor. Severe flooding and mud flows caused by Typhoon Utor have claimed lives of at least 22 people in Guangdong Province and caused damages of some 4.9 billion yuan, Xinhua said.
