Mudslide has blocked the main rail line between Everett and Seattle, The Seattle Times has written quoting the BNSF Railway spokesman Gus Melonas.
The freight service is expected to resume late Saturday night. Mudslide hit the rail line south of Everett at about 5 p.m.
